the brief
Named in the Michelin Guide within it's first year, Osma's neighbourhood spot is a well-loved suburban gem.
After overhauling their social media with a new content strategy a few months prior, it was time to upgrade Osma’s website. Their previous DIY Squarespace site was slow to load, lacked design and wasn’t the easiest to navigate for customers.
Besides aiming for an increase in bookings, the new design needed to reflect the ethos of Osma. Eye for detail, simplicity done well – and plenty of their beautiful new content included to really show off the food, drinks and interiors of the restaurant.

Creating a digital home for a budding reputation.
Co-owners Danielle and Sofie have big plans. After reaching the finals on BBC’s Great British Menu last year, renowned head chef Danielle Heron continues to build her public profile with appearances at kitchen collaborations, festivals and TV – boosting Osma’s popularity to new heights. Her success on screen made the website’s need for development all that more noticeable.

A transformative online presence for an enhanced user experience and increased bookings.
Undertaking a complete overhaul of the business website, our team transformed everything from system to design. We moved it away from Squarespace to a more appropriate CMS system. With our experience in design and branding, we produced a more streamlined look to better reflect the restaurant’s Scandi simplicity.
We created a website that was more fleshed out, easier to navigate, faster, and completely responsive. We included key areas of content such as: menus, location, newsletter sign up, contact information, and bookings, alongside emphasising the key messages of the business such as it’s history and ethos.
The end result has seen positive feedback from regulars and new customers alike, as well as an increase in online traffic resulting in a boost in restaurant bookings.
